"Raised rates. Called. So even if you are a customer they do not return calls. Solution? Try another agent or even better another customer service oriented company but good luck with that. What you need, truly, is a good broker who serves your interest and concerns and not the corporate institution whose sole reason for being is profit. Find a company who does little or no TV sponsorship and uses those dollars to better serve the client. Again that's tough to find but they are out there there's even one in NH."

"Update: if you get into an accident or need to claim comprehensive then note that State Farm only cover for after market parts. State Farm doesn’t explicitly opt for OEM parts and you will be required to pay out of pocket for OEM especially if your car has more than 30k miles. Also sales agent like here have zero influence on any active claim and you will be spun in circles with zero positive outcomes. Thanks to Kayla at Briana’s office for helping me get a good deal on my insurance needs. Kayla was super helpful in giving me comparisons against my current policy and a new quote making it easier to see savings apples to apples/dollar to dollar.
