"If you want an agent who ignores your emails and disappears when you need help, then Brianna is the one. After I was hit by a drunk driver while parked out of state, State Farm charged me high premiums yet gave me minimal support. When my brand-new, limited-edition car’s windshield was damaged, I emailed her multiple times. She ignored me, and State Farm refused to replace the glass with the original part, meaning my car will now lose value. I pay for premium coverage — what kind of business refuses to do its job while the customer takes the loss? This makes zero sense. It feels like fraud. I dare her to respond to this review since my emails are being ignored, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the state."
